PCB Growth in 2010

According to latest statistical data of IPC, PCB global turn-out in 2010 is increased 19% than in 2009, and for PCB factory in areas, total value of 54.772 billion U.S Dollars is the signal of recovery from the last economic depression.

IPC points out that currently there’re 2,600 PCB factories, and view from different regions, PCB output in Northern America increased 6.9%, and in European and Asia the figure are 14.4% and 21.1% respectively. Further more, the global market share of Asian vendor is up to 87% in 2010.

From different types of PCB, the growth of Rigid-flex circuit is the most highest. At the same time, although yield of metal core PCB is only increased 1%, it is the 2nd circuit boards in viewing of growth in 2010.
