I would like to take this chance to share more information for the capability from EBest Circuit (Best Technology).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Electroless nickel immersion gold\u00c2\u00a0(ENIG) is a type of surface plating used for\u00c2\u00a0printed circuit boards. It consists of an\u00c2\u00a0electroless nickel plating\u00c2\u00a0covered with a thin layer of immersion gold, which it can protects the nickel from oxidation. In addition, ENIG is a costlier finish, but offers the best characteristics for printed circuit boards.
