There are three reasons as below for you reference:<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\"><strong><span lang=\"EN-US\">1.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">It is pretty thick<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">The thickness of it is more than 5mm. What\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s more, the copper inside and outside are different, both of them are over 5OZ. Generally speaking, the thickness of ordinary PCBs is 1-2OZ. If the thickness is greater than and equal to 4OZ, it is called <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bestpcbs.com\/products\/heavy-copper-pcb.htm\">heavy copper PCBs<\/a>. The copper thickness is related to the width and the line space.
